  • The training programs were repetitive in nature, delivered to multiple batches at frequent intervals by different instructors. Additionally, sessions had to be conducted in various local languages to accommodate the diverse workforce.

  • The existing approach relied heavily on instructor-led classroom training, which was time-consuming, costly, and highly dependent on trainer availability, often leading to scheduling challenges and inconsistencies in delivery.
